Acadia offers a complete, unified platform where students can manage their academic life and wellbeing seamlessly. The system enables students to create semesters, register courses, organize examinations, and schedule study sessions using Pomodoro techniques and Deep Work modes. A personalized dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of academic progress, workload distribution, and performance scores. Additionally, Acadia integrates an Academic Risk Engine that automatically evaluates missed deadlines, high workload, and GPA decline to produce real-time risk scores and academic alerts.
University students frequently face a myriad of challenges throughout their academic journey, including poor study planning, missed assignments and deadlines, weak academic organization, and inconsistent study habits. These issues often lead to increasing stress, burnout, and a lack of visibility into their overall academic performance. Without a centralized productivity platform, students are forced to rely on fragmented tools, making it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between productivity and mental wellbeing.

The project was successfully delivered as a production-ready Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and published on the Apple App Store. Built using Agile Scrum methodology over 14 sprints, Acadia serves as a complete academic management solution that bridges productivity, education, and student wellness in a single intelligent platform.
Acadia follows a clean layered architecture consisting of a UI Layer (Material 3, Glassmorphism), Riverpod Providers for state management, Repositories, Services, and a Supabase Backend connected to a PostgreSQL Database. The backend utilizes Supabase Authentication, Row Level Security (RLS) for data isolation, and Edge Functions. The frontend is built with Flutter and Dart, ensuring a modular, scalable, and easily testable codebase.
Acadia successfully demonstrates how modern mobile technologies, cloud computing, and intelligent data analysis can be combined to support both academic success and mental wellbeing. By transforming raw academic data into meaningful insights, it empowers students to understand their strengths, improve their study habits, and achieve a healthier work-life balance.
